Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping services exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to any other countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Fees

Taxes and Duties
Transparency is key to our service. All applicable taxes and relevant fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional taxes or hidden fees upon delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM (18:00) Monday to Friday (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to process, pack, and hand over your items to the carrier.

Transit Time
After the handling process is complete and the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 5-15 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination within Australia.

Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Our primary carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with your order number to query the latest status of your package.

Liability Statement

Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the package. If you notice significant damage, please refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the customer was unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment in these cases.

Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier operational delays may impact shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such events.
