Return Validity Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
Appearance Issues: The product has visible defects or damage upon arrival.
Quality Issues: The product malfunctions or has structural failures.
Sensory or Discrepancy Issues: The product has a strong odor, severe color difference, or does not match the description.
Incorrect Item: The product received is not what was ordered ("Wrong Item").
No Reason Return: You have changed your mind or no longer want the item (subject to shipping fee rules below).
Return Process

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If your application is approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide you with the return address.
You need to mail the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately inspect it to ensure it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is successful, we will arrange a refund immediately. For more information on refunds, please refer to the Refund Policy.
Exchange Process
To start an exchange, please contact us via email at info@planlyyyns.com or by phone at +1 (917) 579-4475. Please provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you and provide the return address.
You need to send the product back to our designated return address.
After we receive the product, we will immediately inspect it. If the inspection confirms the issue, we will arrange for the new item to be prepared within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 5-15 business days. The new item will be shipped to your original address. For more details on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.
Cost Rules
We pay shipping: For returns or exchanges caused by product appearance issues, quality issues, odors, severe color differences, or incorrect items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.
You pay shipping: For "No Reason" returns (change of mind), you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package. You may use this label to facilitate the return process once your return request has been approved by our team.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or normal wear and tear of the outdoor furniture. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipment if the return was organized independently without our provided instructions.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return (especially for "No Reason" returns), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to ensure all accessories and manuals included in the original package are returned.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order, and you will need to follow the Return Process after receiving the goods.
Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please refuse the shipment if possible or contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
