We are committed to providing you with an excellent online shopping experience. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation conditions are defined as follows:

• Within 48 Hours: Orders placed within 48 hours that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled directly without any penalty.

• Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If an order has been placed for more than 48 hours, or if the package has already been dispatched (regardless of the time elapsed), the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to the designated address. Once received, please contact us to initiate a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team via email at info@planlyyyns.com or by calling +1 (917) 579-4475.

• Provide Information: In your request, please include your Order Number and proof of payment (such as a transaction receipt or confirmation email).

• Processing: Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund at the first opportunity.

Refund Instructions

• Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed and approved, the refund will be automatically returned to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) account used for the payment.

• Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

• Overdue: If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
If you wish to modify the details of your order (such as changing the shipping address or item quantity) rather than cancelling it entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate your changes. Modifications requested after the order has been shipped cannot be processed.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:

• Insufficient stock to fulfill the order.

• Inability to obtain authorization for payment.

• Identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
  If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and ensure a full refund is processed.
